Job Description

Masters’ degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from an HEC recognized institute

Minimum 08 years’ post qualification relevant experience.

Experience in managing customer service operations or similar roles is a must

Preferred Requirements:

• Familiarity with industrial estate management and operations.
• Proven track record of improving service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
